IRC's Market Research Taskforce is going to hold a seminar by the presentation of Dr. Kambiz Shahroudi on indexing the satisfaction and loyalty of policyholders and predicting their downfall aligned with the developing of practical marketing strategies, according to PRIAO report.

In this seminar, the following subjects will be discussed: indexing policyholders' satisfaction and its relationship with the profitability, indexing policyholders' loyalty and their classification, recognizing the effective factors on downfall/ abandonment of policyholders, forecasting policyholders' downfall/ abandonment and developing insurance marketing strategies.

It is noteworthy to mention that 'Certificate of Attendance' will be awarded to the attendees of the lecture.
