In this conference, Dr. Farbod Khanizadeh, member of Property and Casualty Research Group presented a paper entitled “Use of Decision Tree in Classifying Customers of Third-Party Liability Motor Insurance” coauthored with Dr. Mohammad Reza Asghari Oskoee and Azadeh Bahador. The presentation was given in English, according to PRIAO, IRC.

The other scientific paper from IRC was entitled “Non – Life Insurance Reserve for Solvency Purpose” presented by Dr. Amir Teymoor Payandeh Najaf Abadi and Mrs. Fatemeh Atatalab. This paper could receive Appreciation Plate from the Scientific Secretariat of 6th FINACT-Iran and also won the prize of the sponsor of the conference, Saman Insurance Company.

Dr. Mitra Ghanbarzadeh, IRC research associate and the Head of Personal Research Group, was another presenter that along with Dr. Asma Hamzeh, IRC research associate and member of Property and Casualty Research Group, delivered a paper entitled “A Survey on Data Mining Methods for Customer Churn Prediction in Insurance Industry”.

Finally, the IRC delegates at 6th FINACT-Iran presented another paper entitled “Application of Factor Analysis in Assessing the Service Quality of Departments of Claim Assessment in Insurance Companies” which was jointly prepared by Dr. Somayeh Mireh, researcher at IRC and Dr. Khanizadeh, IRC research associate.
