Entitled "Assessment of the Effective Factors in Developing Fast-Paced New Service with Leader Inspiring Moderator Role in Creativity: Cyber Insurance", the study is postpositivist in terms of its general paradigm and employs a quantitative methodology as its research approach, according to PRIAO, IRC. The study is also basically descriptive and uses survey for its data collection. The statistical population includes CEO's, technical deputies, research and development deputies of active insurers in Iran's insurance industry. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. Therefore, 73 persons were chosen as the study sample and a questionnaire was distributed among them.
According to the report, in order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire and its measurement, Cronbach's alpha and mixed method approach has been used. However, for the validity of the tools, convergent validity and content validity methods were incorporated. In this research, for data analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling and Partial least squares regression (PLS) and Smart PLS were used. The results of the study indicate that understanding a problem, creation of an idea, and open innovation have positive effects on new service development pace. They also show that a leader inspiring for creativity offsets the effect of open innovation on the rapid pace of the new service development.
