The national conference is aimed at exploring the latest achievements in the realms of data and knowledge engineering and soft computing. The main themes of the conference are as follows: soft methods and computing in statistics, knowledge engineering and its role in various industries, software computation and its application in different industries, smart systems, neural networks and machine learning, data science and engineering: challenges, advances, applications, and future opportunities, and information systems and software engineering. The virtual presentations including the movies created by the authors will be broadcasted from 08:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. IRST on September 21, 2021.

The first panel of the conference is on insurance and data mining that will be started at 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. by Data Mining Desk of IRC. Three papers will be presented in this panel: “Developing Big Data Analysis Ecosystems in the Insurance Industry” by Mrs. Karkhaneh, CEO of Yara Sepehr Houshmand Company, “The Significance of Driver-based TPL Insurance Using Data Analysis” by Dr. Mahnaz Manteqipour, Director of Data Mining Desk of IRC, and “Review on Fraud Detection Based on Data Mining in Health Lines” by Mrs. Parisa Rahim Khani.
