In response to these critical questions, the Insurance Research Center (IRC) has published the first report in its newly launched series titled “Insurance Industry Driving Forces.” This series is designed to identify key global trends and offer strategic insights tailored to policymakers, industry executives, and stakeholders within Iran’s insurance ecosystem.

According to the Center’s Public Relations Office, the report explores the projected landscape of the global insurance industry in 2025, drawing on the latest analyses from six internationally renowned institutions: McKinsey, Swiss Re, Deloitte, PwC, Allianz, and Ernst & Young (EY). These analyses, presented by leading experts in the field, collectively outline a roadmap for the future of the insurance industry. Core themes include digital innovation, transformation in reporting standards, redefinition of insurers’ value propositions, structural pressures on profitability, and the increasing prominence of climate and social risks.

The report provides a valuable opportunity to draw inspiration from international best practices in shaping regulatory, technical, and investment policies. Moreover, it lays the groundwork for ongoing monitoring of successful global experiences and fosters readiness for re-engaging with international partners in areas such as reinsurance, technological collaboration, education, and research.

The report’s findings and recommendations not only serve as intelligent benchmarks within today’s competitive environment but also illuminate the path forward in envisioning the future of Iran’s insurance industry.
